Hello iam new here and was woundering if any one can help me. I have a mk5 xr3i 130psi and i am putting a stage2 2.0ltr in it because my old eng and box is getting old and worn but here is my propblem.

I am putting a eky 55 desl van box on it as well for low down grunt, can i use my old lighened flywheel of my old 1.8 or do i have to use soming else if so wot.

would be a great help if any one can help thanks
