gjoliver Posted November 6, 2010 Share Posted November 6, 2010 At no particular speed and without any warning the engine cuts out. All dashboard lights come on and power steering fails, the appearance being as if we are in the second stage of switching on the ignition. This brings the car to a halt and then I am able to start the car again without any problems. I have had the car to a Ford Agent who are unable to find any faults (using the diagnostic check).
