as96 Posted March 10, 2012 Share Posted March 10, 2012 Our Fiesta has just started to make a whirring noise when ever you turn the steering wheel in either direction, moving and stationery. it sounds like it coming from the left side of the engine (as you look to the car from standing on front of it) I'm guessing it's the steering pump, but I don't know. Could someone please tell if this is where the noise is coming from as I don't want to go to the garage and get ripped off.
