Just having a read through the owners handbook for the basic operations etc, and the audio one too, says I might have' bluetooth' fingers crossed I do :) . It has all the features like auto lights /wipers etc, and has the single CD Sony headunit. So for now, im going playing, well im going to put some diesel in it, keeps beeping telling me i've got none lol. Will post what I think of it in a few days..... Stoney871
You'll love the power when you press the noisy pedal. It still puts a big grin on my face when mine lifts up it's skirt and goes for a run. Please do put up photos for our perusal. If you are tempted by mods read my signature for inspiration. Above all ENJOY. :)
Mike77
Cheers guys, im having fun just looking at it through the front window haha. Going from my trusty 1.4tdci fiesta, (she served me well) to this is a little wierd, as this has toys to play with, the fiesta was basically a box with wheels haha. I was always used to spec'd up cars, but forgot what they were like until I got this today,,, im like a kid at christmas :)

Pitmonster
I too have a '56 1.8 TDCi, albeit in Zetec climate trim. Whatever the trim level or engine, I think the Mk2 Focus is a superb car, and I'm sure you'll love yours as much as I love mine. Enjoy! Same colour, think the wheels are different, been for a bit of a drive in it tonight, loving the auto lights, and wipers haha, and its so comfy and feels tight and refined, something a million miles from my old fiesta. So all in all, very pleased at the moment :)
jeebowhite
Mike, I am loving the signature I have to say!!! Glad to see you like the car, and hopefully you will be posting here to help rather than to seek it! So did you get a fair price for your old motor, and did you pay a fair price for this one (if you dont mind my asking?)

So did you get a fair price for your old motor, and did you pay a fair price for this one (if you dont mind my asking?) I hope to be able to help out on here as much as possible, I am a mechanic, but my knowledge is spread over the wider car market, so dont specialise in just fords. And im no master tech either lol. I was pleased with the deal I got when swapping cars, I got £1500 for my fiesta with a weeks MOT left on it, and tax till the end of the month, also had a bit of a ding on the rear panel so not bad considering. The car I bought was up for £3795, up a little bit on miles(110k) but FULL history, and recent timing belt change, and drives spot on, I ended up giving £2k and my px for it, with 6 months tax thrown it for good measure, so yeah, im very pleased.
