Okay so just stumbled across this feature and was quite amazed by it ( I know, a bit sad :P )

Some people probably know this anyway so I'll just get on with it.

In the mk2.5 (facelift) the armrest can slide forwards and backwards for more support as shown below,

it takes a bit of a tug to move it

    Mines a bit easy to move. When I put my foot down and you get pushed back my armrest tends to go back with my arm rather than supporting it. Does anyone know how to make it harder to push back?

    This is an old post but am I glad I saw it, had our focus since March, it's now July and I didn't even know about this! DOH!
