greggp
Had focus serviced yesterday, mileage is 41k but engine has only actually done 20k as was replaced under warranty in 2010. Had it serviced yesterday by my usual guy (not fords) and have noticed that engine sounds a lot louder during accelarating and at higher revs. cudnt get much above 50-60 today during busy traffic but have noticed it has a dull throaty sound when accelerating in 3rd gear between 2500-3000rpm. Going to take it back today so he can check but my first thought was air filter?
