Bluetooth Connectivity

Hi, Just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 (nice phone) but my new 2012 Fiesta cannot open its phone book to allow me to use voice activation to dial a 'name' rather than spell out a whole phone number (very frustrating). Spoke to T-Mobile who have been useless, callcentre don't have a clue and shop had to ring head office - but have not rang me back despite promising! They also say they won't swap phones for one that works in the Ford. My dealer will book the car in, when they have availability, but don't think it will make a difference despite the website saying the phone is supported. Has anyone had this problem, and did you find a solution?
