wellsnj27 Posted March 21, 2009 Share Posted March 21, 2009 Good afternoon all, Just thought i'd say hi as I've just joined today. I've has my 2004 Fiesta 1.4 Flame for 5 months now. All was well until the water pump failed last week :( The car is not even 5 years old and only got 33,000 miles on the clock so I was bit shocked that it had failed so soon. I'm after a bit of advice as to whether this is a common problem with this engine? The mechanic at the Ford Dealer that did the work suggested this was the case, so I would be interested to know whether anybody has had similar issues. Any comments will be most welcome.
