good garage for MOT NW London area?

Hiya

I have a 1998 Focus, I'm recently back from Switzerland, I've done about 8,000 miles since I bought it last august, it now needs MOT, I expect it will need a service beforehand.

Can anyone reccomend a good cheap garage in the NW London area where I can take it for a service and then MOT?

also, both the wing mirrors have been damaged and are held in place by gaffer tape. They still work fine so its just a cosmetic issue, could this result in an MOT fail
