Redex

Featured Replies

Hey,

my first topic post so apologies if my site searching should have found this out already. Basically i am wondering if a bit of Redex in my mk4 97 Fiesta is worthwhile or not?

Looking online yields different responses from - 'it's great' to 'it's rubbish' to 'it can't do any harm'.

So i figure here is the place the the full info regarding it going in my Ford.

Any help will be great.

to be honest i think its something to use with an open mind. as you say some people think its great while others think its crap. i think the difference it can make just depends on the situation really.

i would say for the little cost of a small bottle, try it. i think the one shot bottles are only £1.50 or something?

what type of fuel does your car use, disael or petrol?

I think it is worth your while weather it is a petrol or not.

Redex is the best brand i think as it has a good research laboratory and are a very old company with a very good reputation.

It is worth your while and money as it would be lot cheaper than having the injectors taken out and cleaned when there clogged because you never bothered with such products such as redex.
