Not tried it yet. I'm going to wash the car over the weekend then do it.
I gave them my registation number. They can get the colour code for your car by that. The site does show you where to find the code.

Someone I used to go to school with works at my ford dealer and I have him on facebook. I told him about where to get it and he's going to tell them when he's a work next.

I've just washed the car and I've just put the first coat of colour on the chip. So far it looks spot on. I'll post pictures of before and after when I've finished.
