Hey all just got hold of an Escort Gti and im wondering about changing the head to that of my 2.0l mondeo (sorned and no longer in any use), have done a bit of searching and am having some problems tryin to pin down exactly what im going to need to change on so any help would be really appreciated.

Is it worth just doing the head or doing the whole engine conversion? If the complete engine if someone could point me in the direction of a detailed set of instructions.

    To be honest you'd be better off changing the whole engine.
