my 2003 fiesta seems to be being temperametal with one side of the windscreen not working. I checked the fuse (with ampmeter) which seemed fine. Any idea as to if the right and left fuse referes to right and left of screen as if looking from inside (ie from fuse box) or from out side the car
Or any ideas on what might cause only one side to work?

if you can check the wires at the windscreen itself to see if you get a voltage showing.

how would i check the wires?? (sorry dont know much about cars and got help for the fuse form a friend...
