My daughter owns a 2002 ka been trying to sort it out for this years MOT changed the headlight bulbs yesterday what a nightmare that was and got four new tyres for it but unfortunatly some has nicked her spare wheel and the clamp that holds it on can i still get it tested without a spare wheel ????

missing spare wheel isn't an mot failure, given the fact many new cars don't come with a spare wheel at all

as above - if you have a spare wheel and to pass an mot it must be road legal, correct tread depth etc
But if you haven’t got one there’s nothing to test and as you are not legally required to carry a spare you can’t fail

Well had its mot failed both top mounts knackered split pin missing from the castle nut on the track rod ends and the rear offside spring snapped about two inches from the top so got a bit of work to do at the weekend You don't need a spare wheel any more unbelievable
