Hi

I am looking for drawing/diagram of the manual transmission in a Escort from 1985. I have searched and searched on net, but haven't found anything. I have the haynes manual, but the drawings are not very helpful.

I am looking for this drawing, because my Speedometer has stop working, and after trying different things. I believe the problem is hidden deep inside the transmission.

If you believe the problem is in the gearbox itself you will probably find that buying another 2nd hand gearbox will be an easier option

Thats just it, I dont know if the problem is in the gearbox thats why I am trying to find a diagram. To see if the problem could be somewhere else.
