ive got a escort gti r reg and im geting a rs2000 engine of a j reg what im wondering is will the loom im geting of the j reg rs2000 engine fit in my escort not sure if the mk5 and 6 are the same or not??

The MK5 engine looms was on there own mate but on the mk6 looms they started to incorperate the engine loom into the car loom, its a bit annoying really, but not impossible,

When i get the mk 6 loom will i be able to run the rs2000 of that temporary and re-map it of my gti ecu or will i have to get a rs2000 mk 6 loom?
