hi got a fault code of p0118 engine coolant temperature sensor high is this a lambada/02 sensor if it is i got 2 one on top of the manifold and one below on the downpipe any ideas which one it it the car is a 2003 duratec engine

more likly to be the ect (engine coolant tempreture) sensor.

hi where to on a duratec engine is that sensor thanks for the info

if i remember right its on the thermostat housing and should have 2 wires running to it,perhaps someone could confirm this.

right i sorted that problem out and cleared that code and found another got a p0030 means:HO2S heater control circuit (bank 1 sensor 1)which is top o2 sensor fault if im correct so i need to change it
