Hi there, had my battery unplugged to have work done, and now my radio isnt working!
I havent got the code, have released the radio with iso keys in hope that someone may have written it on the unit, no such luck!
I have the serial no. M097783 is there anyone who can help me with the code please?
Also the redio is now doing a countdown from 30 minutes? What happens after 30 minutes?
Thanks

Hi,
I have the same problem with my 6000CD unit - took it out years ago to put in a new stereo and now sold that one and need the Focus stereo back in until I decide on what to get as a replacement. I was sure the code was 1918 but it wasn't written down and it looks like my memory's not as good as I thought.
Could you tell me the code for serial number M040880 please?
Thanks a lot.
Chris.

Guys how did you find your radio's serial number (beginning with "M")? Did you have to take some of the interior trim out to look at the back of the radio, or can you find the number somewhere in the radio menu?

you will need a set of removal keys to match your radio, ebay might be your best bet.
