Hi guys,

My car decided not to start earlier and i've been told by the accident breakdown man that i'm in need of a new starter motor.

Can anyone advise on the best one to buy as i'm looking to save a bit by getting the part myself and having a garage fit it.

My car is a Fiesta 1.25 lx 5dr.

Any help would be appreciated.

Above is the part I was considering as the price seems very reasonable to me, any thoughts on it?

I ended up with a used one in the end but fingers crossed it will last.

The local mechanic charged £50 to fit which is not too bad I guess.
