Hi, Can anyone put the instructions to fitting Roof Bars to my 2005 Focus Estate thats got C track rails onto the site. I have fitted them but not sure if its correct and could they be used along the full length of the rails. Not sure where they go properly! I bought them 2nd hand Ebay but obviously no instructions. Thanks

the first one goes at the front and second one in the middle of the doors. you will see cut outs where they go, and they will only lock in place at these points.
only the right ones will fit.
Also one is longer, this one is in the middle..

Cheers Alz. I have got them on the car.Obviously placed thru the insertion space and shunted along to the next cut out where the bars can be locked but why do the c rails run the whole length of the car if the crossbars only fit one place? Thats why I would appreciate someone posting the instructions on site just to clarify things.

I have scanned instructions for you these are the only ones that come with the rails.
