Welcome to Ford-Owners-Club! Seems nobody has answered your question!! In Fiesta's anyway Zetec replaced the name Ghia, but the package was still exactly the same!

the ghia has all the bits from the zetec plus a few more.

I often drive a diesel version and have to say it’s a joy to drive and surprisingly quick.
They can suffer problems with the gear/clutch box so check it goes into first and reverse smoothly.
