if its professionaly done theres mot really any cons to be honest other than price around 300 ish quid pros up to 30percent more power more torque better mpg better driveability
ford focus edge
Only real issue could be the gearbox and clutch can wear out rather fast due to the increase in power and torque overall if you go somewhere like superchips uk you'll get all ur money took off you but the gains are worth it to make a diesel actually worth owning :P
Focus is cool
I have owned a 1.8 TDCi for only a few weeks and I have to say I am happy with the performance.

Having seen Superchips website there could be benefits such as maybe a better response on the throttle ie a less fierce power delivery , which could be quite useful as I think it is a bit strong (fun though :) )

I still can't help thinking that there HAS to be a downside , even though they claim better fuel consumption/power etc.

clutch wears quicker if you have a dual mass flywheel its not unknown for it to go a lot quicker than expected basically parts can wear out quicker particularly the diesel pump but thats the price you pay some cars go with no issues some dont like any performance mod theres always a down side
