i have a bluetooth problem with our 2009 fiesta i cant pair or debond its just frozen, if i try to turn off bluetooth it turns back on i have read it may need a software update. i was hoping to remove the fuse to reset it i know its fuse 21 but behind the glove box i can see the fuses but no numbers , would it be better to disconnect the battery which i have also read. any help would be great, many thanks
