How do I top up the Brake MAster Cylinder reservoir on a 2008 C-Max? this is located on the bulk head under the wiper motor mechanism, and there is no way this component can be reached within the overall engine compartment.

Usually the reservior has a cap with a wire coming from it (for the warning light on the dashboard if the level gets low), are you sure you are looking at the right thing on your car ? Is there a cap on the reservior you are seeing ?

not sure if its the same, but on my focus this is written as a "Non User Serviceable" fluid, the same as the power steering fluid, its under the wiper at the very rear of the engine bay. I have no idea why they chose to make it like this or put it in this extremly difficult place?! there must be a way to do it though as ford can. sorry cant be more help
