Hi Guys,
Hoping some one with more ford knowledge than myself can help, have a 03 plate focus estate diesel, and has had problems on cold start and a loud noise on startup for a while now, and just recently have noticed vibration from clutch pedal and noise when pressing clutch, does this sound like the flywheel fault?

Only if it's a tdci. The tddi does'nt have a dual-mass flywheel so it's not an issue. The flywheel should'nt affect starting because on a DMF the ring gear is on the fixed bit. It's possible the clutch noise is just the bearing on the concentric worn out. They do last for zillions of miles but wear out eventually!
