Hi, A friend is fitting a cam belt kit for me but unsure of where to buy one from at a reasonable price.Any ideas

thanks guys both sites have good prices I have heard that gates are one of the best. Alz I have a 1.6L lx 2002 hatch.Will give my mate the website .

Finally getting a cambelt kit fitted next week by my friend, £50 for a gates kit peace of mind at last.

just a reminder Zev, as your friend got a ford pinning kit to help in fitting the cam belt kit, as the crank will need to be pinned.

also the kit you buy wont have the guides or pulley bolts that should be replaced when doing the job ford have them as part of there maintenance parts but you dont usually get them in the kits just the belt tensioner and tensioner bolt not the cam bolt etc
