I HAVE A MK5 ESCORT AND IM CONVERTING IT TO AN ESCORT RS TURBO ENGINE .
I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE WIRING ON THESE .
RIGHT, ON THE IGNITION RELAY THERE IS A THICK RED WIRE , I TAKE IT THAT IS TO GO BACK TO THE IGNITION SWITCH?
AND DO THE ECU'S GET THERE POWER FROM THE RELAY ? AS I CANT SEE HOW ELSE THEY WOULD GET ANY POWER .
THE MECHANICAL SIDE OF THINGS I CAN DEAL WITH ITS JUST THE WIRING THAT I LIKE TO HAVE A SECOND OPINION
