Hi people, i had to change my door locks due to lock wont open the car while i changed them my car alarm wont go on can anyone help me as i want to reset it how can it be done. I have disconted the battrie to reset the car but it dosent work any ans would be grate thanks ryan

open your bonnet you will find a switch on the cross member bit (near bonnet catch) it will be a black sticky up thing!! if you press this 5 times your horn should beep, then go round the car opening and closing each door then boot then close bonnet and try the locking unlocking of the car - you should find this resets your alarm so it knows what door catches etc are alarmed
