I have my eye on a 1.8 TDCi Ghia 07 but noted that WhatCar said the 1.8 isnt the best engine for the car due to its poor power delivery. However a few owners reviews I have seen dont seem to complain about it. Any thoughts on its suitability to the car? Is it really much worse than the 2.0?

Durable engine but torque at lower rpm is bad. Ecu programming might help a bit.
Here in Finlad has had some freezing problems at low temperature. "Breather hose" has been problem.
If possible then buy 2.0.
