Hi I am new here actually joined today.
I have had a quick look to see if anyone has asked this question before.
I do hope I dont annoy anyone if its an old topic.

I have an Escort mk5 van, the rear drum brakes have never been very good since new.
I would like to covert to disc if this is possible.
Has anyone done this before any info on what I will need to get would be very nice.

I havent done it myself, but I believe there are threads in the focus forums where someone has looked at this. could be worth a look there. Other than that, Youtube has some very helpful videos in which you can see people doing these conversions...
