hi guys just bought my first auto its a 2.5 mk3 v6 estate its done 109000 miles and runs like new but when the car is in drive at a juntion it is still spinning over and when i release the brake it sets of without any throttle is this the norm with these cars or not thanks for your time

Sounds normal for an Auto.
