I think it's called easy fuel? mine got stuck I couldn't fill up so I had to apply force now the metal flap doesn't close properly it seems slightly bent, any one had problems with these things?

sounds like your pushing the nozzle in too far, if you have the owners manual have a read of the correct procedure
