Hi I've got a 98 Escort Gti and wondered what are my options to increase the power.

Hi and welcome t the club.
For a bit more gain you want to go down the route of a 4-2-1 manifold, full stainless exhaust system, induction kit, and you can always change to the 2.0 litre throttle body too.
