Just bought a replacement rear bumper and it didn't come with the inside plastic bits that attatch the bumper to the car it was just the shell that came. Can anyone tell me how to take the brackets off my old bumper and attach it to the new one because I've looked and its quite difficult to work out how its attached to the shell

I can't find my Haynes manual at the moment but i remember something about removing the rear wheel inner arches to reveal the bolts that hold the bumper in place.
