Thanks, as i only picked it up yesterday and there is no Sat Nav Manual i thought it might be something i was doing wrong, i'll give the dealer a call.... Thanks
Hi just wanted to know if you got this GPS issue resolved? I am having exactly the same problem on my C-Max 09, so wanted to know if you found out where the issue lies?
Please let me know as it will help me fix mine, if you fixed yours it will be really helpful to know what the problem was so i can check that on mine.
I have checked the Connections on rear of sat nav / audio unit, but was unsure where the GPS antenna was? Is it definately the base of where the Radio aerial screws into?
Or if anyone else reading this can point me in the right direction id really appreciate it.
thanks
JK
Unfortunately the OP hasnt been on since July 2011. I dont think you will get clarification to your request for an update JK

Can anyone else help me with this issue?
Or me??
Just had my Focus sport 2011 over a week and annoyed that Sat Nav not working. When I press "i" button next to display it says in red "No GPS 43m"
I would say take the roof lining off if possible and check the connection to the antenna is fine, it could be a loose connection, or even a corroded connection on the inside (if moisture has gotten through the seal and worked in the headlining). Otherwise it sounds like you may need to replace the antenna mount.
Chris, as yours is a 2011, you should get it to the dealer ASAP, it should be a warranty repair!
