Isn't that the side of the exhaust? Most likely to be that knocking. Worth checking the mountings.

i would also remove the jack etc from the boot area & spare wheel then try the car over rough ground
sounds like a process of elimination.
if you hace wheel covers check the rear one ie remove it as sometimes there it a cap
on the hub that can come off then make the odd bumping noise

Streetkas have alloys but good point about something in the boot. Could also be the spare wheel moving about.

this may sound silly but it happend to me
pull the rear seat down & tighten up the bar that the seat clips into
i had similar & that was the problem it came loose
also open petrol flap & check the actual fuel filler cap & pipe is tight
as from memory it's a single screw that holds the pipe neck to the body of the car & that screw mayhave come loose

sorry m8 losing the plot here
it sounds to me like the suspension mount has come loose or
check the rear subframe mound just below the forward part of the rear wheel
looks like a swinging arm same as on a m bike.
open boot then hold one side of car & push n pull the car from side to side to see if anything is loose
does the car seem to sort of pull to one side when changing gear or if going around a corner
ifso then that's the part thats gone
