Hi having problems opening my bonnet which i believe on these mark 2 focus is a little problem whats the best way to open the bonnet and fix the latch any ideas pleaes please please.....

Finally got it off took the under tray thats connected to the bumper 6 torx screws, then dropped the radiator, some time later squezed my arm through past the radiator and chassis to have an hard job unscrewing the two 10mm lock/catch, then pulling the bonnet up with lock/catch attached finally got it off and looks like the white plastic cross in the middle is nakered, is this a common problem on focus as i owned a mondeo mark3 for 3 years with out any problems and it had covered 100k before i got rid, focus has on covered 40k,

Not heard of this particular issue I have to say. Check the panels of the car (unless you bought it from new) maybe the previous owner had a knock, if the panels are not original colour on undersills then it would indicate an accident...
