Just bought a 1999 "metallic orange"? Ford ka2 for my daughter. One or two issues!

Hi. Thanks for the welcome. Issues so far... Finding someone enthusiastic about having a go at the paint bubbling up round the petrol cap. Exhaust back box is blocked so im told. And the engine stutters and the temperature light comes on occaosionally when under load. A few things for me to get sorted. Nice little car otherwise tho.
