Any1 help, thinking of putting the LED side lights in my car. Are they legal to drive with or have they got to be under certain brightness etc.

Hi ash these would not be legal I had already checked this a year or so ago with the police and is classed as a distraction to other drivers. Inside the car eg. The footwells it is legal as long as it doesn't illuminate all the car but not on the outside or under the car.

when purchasing ensure the bulbs are Can-Bus error free as regular led bulbs will not work with the focus as it has a can-bus system

Mate be careful how many LEDs it has as they may be to bright ? I have fitted 5 x LEDs and they are ok as you see in photo .
