My ford focus 1.8tddi 1999 is smoking and knocking

If I leave my car overnight and start it next day it sounds like its missing and it has bluish/white smoke pouring out the exhaust takes ages to clear when driving. There is also quite a loud knocking noise coming from the engine, it sounds like its coming from the right side of the engine (No 4 cylinder end/gear box end).

I have done the cylinder head gasket serviced the head (New gaskets/valve stem oil seals, lapped the valves in ect), checked that the timming is correct too but it is still doing the same

might be the dual mass flywheel thats lost its grease if fitted..causing symptoms.
