Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. I am looking for some help. I have a FORD MONDEO S-MAX and I just received a new DVD for the Nav. system. I tried to install in it but it is telling me to check the DVD. I put the new one in. Does anyone know the proper steps to installing the new DVD? Thank you.

1) In which slot did you put the DVD (in the CD slot on top or the hidden DVD slot behind the climate mini bezel)?
2) Which DVD did you get (name and part number)
