I have a 05 plate Ka Sublime, I'm very happy with it, it has developed a little problem in the last few weeks.
When starting the ignition the dashboard clicks and takes a few seconds to boot up and the trip re-sets itself, this is an intermittent problem.
I've tried putting the key in the ignition and trying to activate the dash that way before starting the ignition but that doesn't solve the problem.
I wondered whether it was a problem with the alternator?
Can anyone help??

have you tryed disconteing the battery to reset it
