Two weeks ago I took delivery of a 61 plate fiesta titanium. I bought it from the brochure given to me by the dealer. I did not have the chance to inspect the car. The brochure stated it was going to have a dab radio. After a few days ownership, I called the dealer to say I could not get the dab part to work. They came back after a week to say my car was a 2011 spec and the brochure was a 2012 brochure and the dab was not standard on my older model. I am very disappointed. The dealer is refusing to change the stereo. They state that the brochure is subject to change at their discretion. Any suggestions what I should do next.

you could contact Ford Customer Services and discuss it with them, but I would take into consideration the purchase price of the car.
You say it is a 2011 model so did the purchase price reflect this?
I would also ask if you had any mention of the radio or year model in any advertising the garage did on this vehicle?
To be fair most garages will not list every single item and quite often even the sales people will not know all changes between models/year.
