i have a 05 plate 2.0 tdci focus with the dredded dpf failure and i was wondering if there are any companies in the northwest of england that can replace the dpf with a straight through pipe and a remap that will overide that safty mode. i know there is a guy in london that can do this but will cost £200 to pick the car up then £350 for the job, not got that kind of money but the car is driving me mad only revving to 2000rpm.

Hi, If you remove the dpf your car could fail an mot test on the emissions.. try and get it fixed or replaced.
