Hey people my friend has a 2004 MK6 Fiesta TDCi.. the problem he has it keeps getting a air lock in the fuel system..

we changed the filter and hoses but he still gets a air lock.. once we get the car going its fine !! then when you leave it over night it gets another air lock..


is there anything else we should look for ????

i would get him to join but he isnt really a forum person lol

could be the leak off pipes on the injectors let air in, if you remove them you will find the o rings are slightly damaged. Not a easy job and very fiddly but it is quite common. I never refit the old ones once removed
