Just wondering if its possible to add an arm rest to an 06 LX focus?
any links to parts would be great if its possible

Yes it is. Get hold of the centre console from a Zetec upwards (secondhand from a breakers yard). Take yours out and fit the new one in.
Try Ebay for the parts. If they are not listed seperately then try messaging someone who is breaking a higher spec Focus.
