Just picked it up today during the day and only noticed it stayed on when i have locked it tonight.

Iv had my focus two weeks now and have noticed that iv not seen the light go off, even when the car is locked and alarmed...

What car do you have??

On my 2010 Focus my radio and mileometer stay on for a good few minutes once the cars locked.

Yer it stays on when you lock car - it turns off eventually - like after 10 minutes or so!! - Stupid function/feature

radio backlight goes off first then the mileage display as said 10-15 mins and it should be off
