I am the proud new owner of a 2008 Ford Focus 1.6tdci Style 5dr non-dpf!
I would appreciate anyone's thoughts or veiws on this car and any know problems.

One question i do have is, why do i not have a fuel filer cap? Is this one of the easy fuel gadgets?

Yea thats exactly what it is mate, one of fords gadgets. Oh and welcome to the club mate!

Welcome to the Forum Colin,
if you get a moment join [url="http://photobucket.com/"]photobucket[/url] and upload some picture's of your motor,
you can then link them to this forum,
once uploaded go to Album,

below or above each picture on [url="http://photobucket.com/"]photobucket[/url] is an Image URL
copy this URL and paste it in to your posts
once pasted in the post remove the
.img from either side of the link then its job done,

Did you remove the DPF or did it come without one?
i have a 1.6TDCi with DPF and never a problem mate excellent car.

I bought it without the dpf, its an early 08 mk2.5 so came without it.
