if she ran into the back of you its up to her(insurance) to get it sorted, as for the parts if you want to find them yourself you may be best with ebay or one of the online breaker yards.

Insurance may write the car off, so you will have to be careful, you may be able to get her to agree to avoid insurance and pay for the repairs, but unfortunately I suspect that your going to be out of pocket quite heavily at the end of this

All her fault so her insurance pays.
If they write it off buy it back from the insurance company and do it up.

yeah her insurance are paying,but i did not want to use there approved garage for the work to b carried out i want to know who is doing the work and it is going to b a great job done,a freind of a freind is willing to do the work but has asked me to source the parts ie rear bumper,rear panel and a set of rear lenses which im struggling to find,surley they cany right it off?

Writing a car off doesn't mean it's knackered and undriveable it usually just means that the cost of repair is classed as higher than the value of the vehicle.
