try some turbo companies, CR Turbos, Turbo Dynamics, Turbo Technics, or TDI Turbos... I know one of those definitely produced a hybrid for the 1.6TDCi fiesta, but is now not doing it anymore, i cant remeber which one though...

As for a remap, if you dont mind the travel, RS Tuning in Leeds, have done many 1.6 Fiestas that i personally know of and have been in... And his maps are superb. From his maps youll get about 125bhp and 285nm...

With Hybrid Turbo and focus 110 injectors, and a few other choice mods... its possible to see 150bhp and 350nm... And believe me, the car shifts!!

Also if your going for mental power, get a kestrel or CG Motorsport paddle clutch in while your doing your gearbox!! will save time and effort later lol!

is it possible to put a 6 speed box in? just a queery while the gearbox it getting done soon

I've heard that the six speed Citroen box should be a direct fit... Let me see what I can find...

you may also be interested in the small modification of installing ford focus mk3 mist type jets, their less than £5 for a pair and will save your washer fluid while spraying a mist on the windscreen, see the guide in the list of guides below this post.

DeanWood, did you just opt for the standard 5 speed or did you go to 6 speed?

just went for the 5 speed, happy enough with it back running now so gona do a few bits n pieces to it. i think the 6 speed might be more bother than its worth because no ones ever herd of someone doing it, its offy rare

just dropped van off at bodyshop, getting ST spoiler painted and fitted, ST door trims on the sill and 4 center caps painted because 2 came off and got lost lol will upload pics when jobs done folks..]

just a very minor suggestion, what about looking on [url="http://www.dmb.uk.com"]www.dmb.uk.com[/url] and getting some badge overlays

how much is the body shop costing to spray the kit?

Thats the ST spoiler fitted and Center caps done, just got new wheel nuts and bought coilovers, still waiting on coilovers coming from belgium. Fitted a Black Sunstrip and took the rear wiper off while it was getting polished and waxed

To remove the old spoiler, Paint and fit St one and paint 4 centre caps rounded of to £150

When I saw the first post I thought the only thing it needed was lowered!

Then I got to page two and you've done it!

Excellent project you've got! The only things I'd do differently if it was me is no sunstrip or window stickers and non painted interior surrounds

Oh and wash your boiler suit. It looks like you were on the receiving end of Ron Jeremy
